Delivery time
In stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Out of stock items usually ship within a week. The studio will confirm turn-around time via e-mail. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact the studio. The studio frequently closes for long weekends when exhibiting at out of town events; see show schedule.

Payment
All payments are made through Paypal checkout. Customers may pay through an existing paypal account or chose the "pay with credit card" option. You do not need a paypal account to make a purchase. All payments are secure, and your information will not be shared with third parties. Residents of Maryland will be charged 6% state sales tax.

Repairs
Is the item you received the wrong size? Call 6one0.8zero4.seven23nine to discuss your needs. The studio is happy to exchange for size or style.
Did you lose an earring or wear that necklace while holding a toddler? No problem. Hilary will repair or replace damaged or lost merchandise. Call to inquire about fees.

Returns
To return an item, please call within 7 days of order receipt. All returned items must be unused, packed in the original packaging materials and insured for the full purchase amount. Hilary Hachey is not responsible for shipping costs.
